This beautiful reef tank belongs to Sean Harrison of Durban, South Africa. This impressive masterpiece is 3 meters (9.8 feet) in length. Based on the Jaubert system, it features home made surge generation, Tunze protein skimming, home made calcium reactor, and canister phosphate security. Sean uses a combination of natural sea water and synthetic sea water to maintain a quality environment.
Here is close-up view of Sean Harrison's reef. Sean is a quadriplegic due to arthritis with complications and has been for many years. He and his family are the owners of Northlands Pets in Durban North. Sean's continued enthusiasm, good humor, and interest in life is a testimony for us all, and a humble lesson in overcoming adversity.
